I completed my residency training in General Psychiatry at Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. I was selected as Chief Resident during my final year of residency. I am a member of the American Psychiatric Association.

Dr. Noor believes in a quality and evidence-base scientific approach. She and her team of psychologists collaborates all services, including medication management, therapy services, complete psychological evaluations. She sees patients ranging from ages 6 to 60 years, She believes that every individual is different and treatment plans should be tailored towards every person’s needs. Her goal is to minimize the amount of medication needed to achieve the treatment goals of each individual patient and to achieve best possible treatment.
