Dr. Sadaf Noor is a Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatrist. She has completed adult psychiatry residency at Brookdale University Hospital in New York City, NY. Subsequently, she completed her fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center/Children’s Medical Center in Dallas, TX.

It is well understood that Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Learning, and Behavioral issues, as well as various other conditions, are often inherited through genetics. However, life circumstances; like trauma and unhealthy ways of thinking worsen these conditions and their associated symptoms.

Dr. Noor works with her clients and parents to explore contributing factors and utilizes evidence based scientific approach, including diagnostic tools prior to formulating a treatment plan. Her approach is thorough, exploring a patient's biological, medical, psychological and social factors before determining the next best step.

Marc Kitano

Marc Kitano, M.A., LMFT, PLLC is a proficient Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, duly licensed to practice in the states of Texas, California, and Florida. Possessing a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy. His baccalaureate studies included Human Development and Christian Ministry and also recognized as an honorably discharged veteran of the U.S. Air Force.

Mr. Kitano specializes in treating children, adolescents and adults with mood disorders, anxiety and depression. He also works in court mandated cases with children and adults in high conflict divorces, reunification therapy, parent coordination and parent facilitation.

He also has garnered extensive expertise in providing therapeutic care to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults grappling ADHD, Anxiety Disorder, Autism Spectrum, Bipolar Disorder, Conduct Disorder, Depression, OCD, Panic Attacks, Parenting / Co-parenting, PTSD ,Skin Picking, Social Anxiety, Tourette/Tics, Trichotillomania. Mr. Kitano has been professionally trained in treating victims of trauma and abuse and has received formal training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Mr. Kitano is a member of American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, Association of Family and Conciliation Courts and Texas Association of Family Forensics.

My name is Monique Kemp, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space for healing. I believe that compassion, empathy,
connection, and inclusivity are at the heart of meaningful therapy.

I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who are navigating challenges such as
depression, anxiety, self esteem, stress, trauma, life transitions, multicultural concerns, women’s issues, grief and loss. My goal is to walk alongside you as you build resilience, gain insight, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

In our work together, I draw from a variety of treatment approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness practices, solution-focused therapy, strength-based approaches, and holistic health. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, empowering you to find the strategies and tools that work best for you.
